New York Crumb Cake

I haven't left the house in days due to my 2 sicky children but they will be back at school tomorrow so I threw together my favorite crumb cake recipe to send them off with!

Always butter your dish to prevent sticking.
 
Coat with flour so the cake doesn't stick once cooled. 
Drys with drys and wets with wets 
Crumb topping 
Mix it with your hands - really get in there! 
Sprinkle over your batter with your hands - large chunky chunks!
